Boxes and video card

by Jim Howard on November 7, 2009

in Fort Worth

I walked up today and got two 18×18x18 boxes.  I made it back OK with them.  I had a bit of a head wind and the boxes were like wings … Couple of times I was thinking I was going to take off.. like the balloon boy.
It looks to me like these boxes are about the right size.

Russell said he would go to BestBuy and buy a new video card for the broken computer.  I think that is the problem with it.  So if he gets a video card today and we get that computer in operation I will send the computer I am using priority mail to Fort Worth.
Then the other computer I will send  on Tuesday or Wednesday and it could be there on Friday when we get there.  If not I think we would get it on Friday.  I can not be without my computers.

I tossed a printer in the trash today.  I am going to toss a 14 inch CRT monitor in the trash tomorrow.  I tossed a bunch of cables in the trash today.  Russell says I will never need them… Just wait.. I bet something comes up where I need those cables.

I have got a third old computer.. I do not know if I should take it or trash it.  The hard drive is bad on it.

My feet and legs are swollen so big…. I think it is the salt from the subs.
I am going to try and eat better in Fort Worth.  It will not be easy.

When I get to Fort Worth I got to get a Texas driver license.  Then I can get a discount bus/rail card.  It will let me ride the bus for 75 cents.
Then I got to find a new insurance company.  I may just try and make due with my current insurance company and then just switch on January 1st.
I am going to need to get a bed, computer desk and office chair.
We will be in Fort Worth in six days.
